November, 2006: Went to Cowboy Technical Services to play drums and a little guitar & keys on Mark McKay’s upcoming album.
What a blast. Eric Ambel is a brilliant producer and player…he also played a
bunch on the tunes. Also, I played my first real show with Mikal Evans. I’m playing
guitar for her and it’s been both challenging and uplifting. You should hear
her sing. Awesome. I added an extra little section on the shows page for our
shows together.
September 2006: So I haven’t updated this in a while…I am lame. I will be doing
some session work with Mark McKay for his upcoming album…I’ll be playing drums. Keep an eye out
for shows, there may be less of them for a little while. I really want to

shows coming up! You don’t want to miss my notoriously bad stage banter, which
in the past week has included a joke about an
April 2006: Added a ton of shows, you guys. Let’s do some drinking and
smoking together sometime soon. Also, I played a great show (with my friend Mara Levi) at the Phase in DC…apparently the only lesbian bar in dc, from what I was told.
Anyway, it was a blast and I recommend you attend the next show there. Also,
that date on May 11th @ Iota, we are headlining, so come out and
make sure we can keep playing at the top of the bill!
More to come…
Love,
Timmy
